“Staff Resources is head and shoulders above all the other agencies we have used, in every respect: professionalism, care and capability of the nurses and carers, rigorous quality procedures, accessible and responsive management. For over seven years, Staff Resources nurses have had a huge impact on the quality of my child’s life.”

Providing solutions for all situations
Our comprehensive service means we can quickly respond to any situation, however complex. The care solutions we provide cover a range of areas:
Home care for elderly or frail clients
Nursing services range from companionship, mobility assistance, wound care and light housekeeping to meal preparation and medication monitoring. Assistance with bathing, dressing, continence management and evening routine is also provided where needed – all with utmost compassion and respect, ensuring dignity and confidentiality at all times.
Post-hospital care to support early discharge
Staff Resources nurses mean clients can reduce hospital stays by creating care packages to allow a safe, early return home. We work with the hospital care team and GP in order to carefully assess requirements and provide tailored support. We’ll also make sure the right resources are in place to ensure a far quicker and easier discharge.
Complex care for adults and children living with chronic illness
Our nurses are experienced and trained in all levels of complex care for clients living at home with a chronic illness. We offer care packages for clients with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, brain injury, dementia, stroke and seizures as well as spinal and orthopaedic injuries, palliative and oncology care.
Maternity and neonatal care
Staff Resources maternity nurses and midwives provide invaluable support for families during this special but sometimes demanding time. They assist with post-delivery care and recuperation, breast-feeding and establishing a routine. Our maternity care packages are completely flexible and nurses can work any length of shift – day, night or live in.
Selecting the best care providers for you
The majority of our nurses and care assistants choose to work only with us, we get to know them well and can match the right nurse to the right client. Our nurses and care assistants are chosen for their caring nature, reliability and trustworthiness; they will treat every client with the respect they deserve.
The amount of care required can vary greatly between clients so our care consultants visit each client to understand their needs and discuss all the options. A package is then developed with input from friends and family members, where necessary, to suit requirements.
We are responsible for achieving the highest standards of compassionate care and feel passionately about the services we provide. We strive to exceed expectations through our honest and transparent approach, and complete rigorous internal audits to ensure that all staff provided are highly skilled and exceed all mandatory compliance and vetting procedures.
Our team monitors all nurses and care assistants throughout the duration of their placement and regularly ask clients for feedback. The team is led by experienced nurses and, in addition to regular contact, a home visit is undertaken at least once a month to ensure our clients’ needs are being fulfilled. We are never more than a phone call away.
